Je prends un petit moment pour partager avec vous une citation de Louise Hay que j’ai lue l’autre jour, offrant une superbe pratique pour « gérer » les moments difficiles lorsque nous interagissons avec nos parents :
« Je vois mes parents comme des tout petits enfants qui ont besoin d’amour »
Citation à laquelle j’ajouterais : « car ils sont en train de faire un cauchemar qu’ils ont mépris pour vrai ».
Quelle façon merveilleuse d’apprendre à regarder avec les yeux et entendre avec les oreilles de notre Coeur Sacré!
Mettez cette pratique à l’oeuvre la prochaine fois que vos parents sont en train de vous faire virer fou/folle – et tant qu’à y être, faites un pas de plus et réalisez que la partie de vous qui réagit/est dérangée est, elle aussi, un tout petit enfant qui s’est identifié à un rêve cauchemardesque et l’a mépris pour la réalité.
Laissez-moi savoir ce que cette pratique engendre en vous et autour de vous… Partagez avec moi comment cela transforme vos relations lorsque vous prenez le rôle d’être la présence aimante qui entoure tous ces tout petits enfants qui ont tant besoin d’amour… ♥

I just want to share a quote from Louise Hay that I read the other day, offering such a good practice to ‘deal’ with our parents when we’re finding it difficult to interact with them:
« I see my parents as tiny children who need love »
To which I would add « because they are having a nightmare that they mistook as something real ».
Such an awesome way to look through the eyes and hear through the ears of our Sacred Heart!
Try it next time your parents are driving you nuts – and while you’re at it go further and realise that the part of you that is bothered is also a tiny child who also believed that a fear-based dream was reality.
Let me know what that does in and around you… Let me know how it transforms your relations to take on the role of the loving presence that surrounds all these tiny children that are in need of love… ♥
